We have two return methods, our general refund policy and our 30 day ascension guarantee.
General Returns Policy.
We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery date on all products that still have the original undamaged packaging and products still in new condition.

1. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost or just sent you a replacement free of charge. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will issue a return address via email.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
4. All return requests must accompany photos of products upon request from Looksmaxxing.

We stand by the science behind our products. If you’ve used our product for atleast 4 weeks and haven’t noticed a visible improvement by day 30, we’ll refund you in full, no hard feelings. We simply ask that you give your body enough time to adapt and activate before deciding.

Disclaimers:
1. To qualify, we'll need DATED before and after photos with your natural skin tone clearly visible, taken with natural bright lights, including time and date stamps. Must provide us with a total of 4 photos, being one photo taken a week for 4 weeks. Please ensure you prepare for this before you commence using our product.
2. The 30 Day Ascension Guarantee applies to your first purchase only.
3. Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with a minimum of 4 weeks of product use after delivery date.
4. The product can be used, however you must have retained the original packaging in new condition and product also in good condition with no damage or wear and tear.
